The U.N. "World United Against Malaria" 4 cent issue

On March 30th, 1962, the United Nations Postal Administration in New York issued a 4 cent "World United Against Malaria" issue. Due to quality issues, a second printing of the 4 cent issue was released on February 15th, 1963.

For each printing, there were 2 panes of 50 cut from a single sheet of 100. For description purposes, one pane will be Pane A and the other pane will be Pane B. With two printings and two panes per printing, there are 4 possible panes; two for the first printing, and two for the second printing. Some "wear and tear" of the plates introduced new varieties later in the printing run; therefore, there are more than 4 panes and are described below.
