Auction 1 and Auction 2 are closed.

1. Auction is for current Malaria Philatelists International (MPI) members only.
   
2. Auction items will have a starting bid price listed.
   
3. Auction is a 'Silent Auction'. Bids are sent in through the bidding online form. After the auction closes, all bids will be tallied and the winning bids will be 1 bidding increment ($1.00) over the next highest bid. Examples:
   
   Item #1 has a starting price of $10.00
   • Bidder #1 bids $14.00
   • Bidder #1 wins the item for $10.00 which is the starting bid.
     
     
   • Bidder #1 bids $14.00
   • Bidder #2 bids $20.00
   • Bidder #2 wins the item for $15.00 which is $1.00 over the second highest bidder.
     
     
   • Bidder #1 bids $14.00
   • Bidder #2 bids $14.00
   • Bidder #1 wins the item for $14.00 because his bid arrived first.
     
     
   
   
4. Seller receives 90% of the sale of the item and MPI receives 10%.
   
5. If you would like to sell items in the next auction, please send an email to me at malariastamps@yahoo.com. The process will be as follows:
   1. Send an email to malariastamps@yahoo.com and describe the items.
   2. After acceptance of the items, mail to Larry Fillion, 18 Arlington Street, Acton, Ma, 01720, USA
   3. Items are posted in the next auction.
   4. After auction ends, winners are notified by email and can pay by check or Paypal.
   5. After payment arrives, items are shipped to the winner. The winner pays costs for shipping.
   6. Payment is sent to the seller.
