Malaria Philatelists International (MPI)

Below I have three cachets cropped from FDCs. First glance has them looking very similar execept for the colors. But, under the designs have three different designer names. Or maybe producer names? Below the three cropped cachets are the names under the designs larger in order to see the details. Does any reader have more information on the designer/creator/producer of these FDCs?
