Stamp Shows:
Philatelic Show 2016 will be held May 6 to May 8, 2016 at the Boxborough Holiday Inn of Boxborough, Massachusetts (Interstate 495 & Route 111). Show hours will be 10AM to 6PM on Friday, May 6; 10AM to 5PM on Saturday, May 7; and 10AM to 3PM on Sunday, May 8. This show is 5 minutes from my house and I plan to spend a few days there. I'll be showing three anti-malaria exhibits there: If you plan to go to Philatelic Show 2016 and want to meet up, email me at malariastamps@yahoo.com.

World Stamp Show NY2016 is right around the corner. The show runs from May 28th to June 4th, 2016. There will be 150 dealers at the show. There will also be thousands of frames of exhibits and over a hundred societies and plenty of society meetings. Hope you plan to attend and hope to see you there. If you plan to go and want to meet up, email me at malariastamps@yahoo.com. I plan to be there 3 or 4 days.

If you will be attending shows near you or even far away from you, let me know and I can post for people to possibly meet up with you and talk malaria stamps and/or do a show and tell.

Membership Update:
There are 100 members from 20 countries (1 new since last Miasma). The "actual" number is less due to some of the emails have bounced when I sent the Miasma in January and I am sure one or two more will bounce when this Miasma notification gets emailed. I will go through and get a better count for the next Miasma.

Always Looking for Articles: Please consider writing an article about some part of your malaria collection, or how you got started collecting malaria stamps, or about a doctor in the malaria field that can have supporting stamps with it, or new varieties that you have found, etc. All I need is the text and some images and I can put together the web page. A text file, MS Word file, and many other formats will work. If you have an exhibit that has interesting malaria items in it, please send scans of the exhibit pages and I can add them to the site.
