Donald R. Johnson wrote many articles dealing with malaria. I will guess that the most known article for the members of the MPI is "Malaria Eradication And Postage Stamps [Reprinted from Mosquito News, Vol. 21, No. 2, June 1961]". The cover is shown below and the whole reprinted article is in a PDF version in the list below. This one would be known because copies were cancelled for First Day Covers (FDCs) for the United Nations Scott 102-103 set of stamps issued March 30, 1962.
