Malaria Philatelists International (MPI)

I picked up this group of three ArtCraft J.F. Kennedy FDCs with the signatures of the designer (Charles R. Chickering), the engraver of the vignette (Richard M Bower), and the engraver of the letters and numerals (George A. Payne). I am trying to find out more about the person who got these signatures. A dealer bought a large lot of FDCs from the 60s where the collector sent FDCs to the designers and engravers and asked that they signed "Designed by X X". If/when I find out more information about these or the collector, I will write an update to this article.
